Happy Father's Day to all of you hard working Dads. Mr. Pineapple shipped Maui-made gift baskets which will be arriving just in time for Father's Day. You can find our Father's Day Sale on our website in our Daily Deals section from now through the end of Sunday.
If you didn't find that special gift in time, "no worries", as we say here in Hawaii. Here are a list of ways to celebrate your Dad.
- What Dad doesn't like to eat? Here is list of nearly 20 Restaurants still taking reservations for Father's Day. Simply click the link, insert a date, time and location near you.
- What Dad doesn't like the outdoors? Head to the park or hike in your area. Here are some great hiking trails to check out while on Maui. Looking for a guided hike? We recommend Hike Maui. My personal favorite is the Waihee Ridge Trail for its scenic views over Maui and waterfalls in the distance.
- What else does Dad like to do besides eat or the outdoors? Both! Take the boat out on the lake for some fishing, or if you're here around the islands, enjoy a snorkel or sunset sail. Mr. Pineapple's team loved whale watching on the Alii Nui and highly recommend this tour. Great scenery, food and staff made this a most enjoyable trip.
- Whatever you do, make it meaningful. Start a new tradition. It might be cooking, putting together a puzzle, a board game or even building a fort in the back yard. Sometimes the less expensive options are the most memorable.
Father's Day is a great reminder that our kids love to spend time with us. When a Dad connects with their child it is truly rewarding and lasting memories are created. No other gift can compare with that experience. Have fun Dad, on your special day!
